Welcome to Vincentive Supervision.
Supervision is a reflective process that provides us with a helicopter view of our present ministry situation. Hence, "super" + "vision." You don't want one more boss to look over your shoulder. Instead, supervision is like having a mentor, a coach, and/or a spiritual director walking beside you. It is the art of getting better in ministry.

Vincent's journey into full-time ministry began in 2000.Vincent planted at his first church, both the Cantonese and English ministries. He served the English-speaking ministry in his second church. While serving in the Cantonese Ministry at his third church, he achieved a Graduate Certificate of Professional Supervision from Morling College.Vincent is transitioning from his long-standing role in church ministry to a new and significant calling: Professional and Pastoral Supervision.Previously, Vincent was a Circulation Librarian at the Main Library, Chinese University of Hong Kong. He also worked as a substitute teacher, security guard, community worker, fried rice chef, and factory worker, to name a few. ;-)
The first session is free. Vincent speaks fluent Cantonese and English (and a bit of Mandarin).Vincent uses Zoom and/or face-to-face meetings.Contact me:
